Job Summary:

The Software Developer is responsible for building and implementing software applications using Python and React. They work on complex projects, applying standard concepts and principles to deliver high-quality results.

This role involves working as a contributing team member, with the ability to apply own judgment and independently determine a course of action to execute it.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with AI tools and how to incorporate them into their daily work.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creates detailed design documents for software applications based on functional requirements.
  2. Has in-depth knowledge of technology stacks, including primary and secondary products.
  3. Follows best practices for coding, testing, and debugging.
  4. Collaborates with colleagues on design reviews, code reviews, and implementation.
  5. Expert in one or more software modules.
  6. Has good understanding of core functionality of secondary products.
  7. Knowledge of AI and its application in software development for productivity gains
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.

Advanced knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), operating systems, algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, and databases is necessary.

Good experience and knowledge of working on n-tier desktop or client-side web applications using one or more Web and UI frameworks is an advantage.

Working knowledge of web server technologies and non-functional requirements like scalability, performance, and security is beneficial.

Knowledge of AI and its application in software development for productivity gains is highly desirable.
