Bioprocess Engineering Solutions Specialist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand process requirements and propose technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes.
  • Support sales teams in pre-sales discussions, RFQ responses, and proposal development.
  • Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to align client requirements with engineered solutions.
  • Conduct technical training and workshops for clients' process and engineering teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients in the region and provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services
  • Strong knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
