Auction Manager Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire auction process, including managing used and repossessed vehicle listings, building relationships with potential clients to schedule auctions, collaborating with financial institutions to secure listings, developing strategies to maximize sales revenue, analyzing market trends and pricing data to inform auction decisions, training and supervising a team of auction staff on procedures and best practices, addressing buyer concerns about vehicle quality and transparency in auction processes, conducting both physical and online auctions, and expanding the client base through outreach efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Oversee the entire auction process from start to finish.
  • Built strong relationships with potential clients to schedule and execute auctions.
  • Collaborate with banks and other financial institutions to obtain listings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and pricing data to inform auction decisions.
  • Train and supervise a team of auction staff on procedures and best practices.
