Job Title: Head/Senior Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head – Quality Assurance and Customer Service to lead our quality assurance efforts and oversee our customer service team. This role will ensure that our products meet stringent quality standards, and that customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to improve quality processes and enhance production techniques, while also managing the customer service team to ensure top-notch performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality checks after sampling, suggest necessary changes, and provide final approvals.
- Oversee the approval of production quality, ensuring consistency with established standards, and perform quality inspections according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Introduce innovative methods to enhance and elevate existing quality standards.
- Explore and implement new technologies to improve production techniques and overall product quality.
- Manage manpower within the Quality Assurance and Customer Service departments, ensuring efficient team operations.
- Oversee and manage the customer service team, ensuring their performance aligns with company standards and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry.
- A graduation in a relevant field from a reputed institution.
- Strong attention to detail with a goal-driven personality and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
