Job Title: Cost Estimator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Estimator to join our team. As a Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for maintaining application-data readiness to create Bills of Quantity (BoQs) and budgets.

You will correlate data across different sources effectively, work with vendors globally to ensure product catalog information is current, and communicate with clients remotely to address project-related issues and requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and suppliers.

You will handle project challenges while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintain vendor product catalogs using vendor portal/platform by engaging with vendors, and evaluate client project requirements for completeness and correctness for budget preparation.

You will also prepare OS&E BoQs, budgets, and client dashboards (Excel-based) using s technology platform, and assist the Operations Manager with their client correspondence and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance & Accounting, BBA, BBM or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of hotel operations and OS&E requirements.
  • Proficient in Excel for handling large volumes of itemized data, including organizing, sorting, and analyzing data.
  • Ability to ensure data accuracy, track product prices, and ensure consistency in the information gathered from vendors.
Desired Experience
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in data accumulation, complex data processing, or procurement support, ideally in a BPO for the hospitality industry.
  • Experience using Excel to organize and analyze large sets of data.
