Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in production design and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The role involves creating digital mockups, preparing production files for decoration, and collaborating with multiple departments. Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit customer-provided artwork to match company product templates
  • Email customers for proof approval and manage edit requests
  • Create new product templates and troubleshoot design-related issues
  • Vectorize art when necessary and apply basic photography skills
  • Multitask between different orders and specialty projects

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Graphic Design with an emphasis on production design
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with the Promotional Products industry (desired but not required)
  • Knowledge of Imprinting and/or Engraving (desired but not required)
