Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the management of cash flow for the entire Group, ensuring accurate forecasting and maintaining optimal liquidity levels. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to improve cash flow predictability and implement effective financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Forecasting:
- Develop and maintain controolled cash flow forecasts covering daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly plans.
- Utilize AP data to prepare country-specific cash plans and consolidate information at the holding company level.
- Collaborate with regional teams to gather insights and improve forecasting accuracy.

Settlement Management:
- Establish planned settlement dates for agent payments and inter-company transactions to stabilize cash outflows.
- Implement a global netting process for inter-company settlements to optimize cash management.
- Define, implement, and standardize AP business rules to streamline operations and ensure compliance.

Risk Management and Working Capital Optimisation:
- Formulate and execute FX hedging strategies to mitigate risks related to currency fluctuations and monitor foreign exchange positions and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Regularly review working capital limits to ensure efficient cash rotation and monitor cash usage and develop strategies to optimize working capital.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with more than 6 to 9 years of Post qualification experience preferably in Treasury team having knowledge of working capital management and cash forecasting / planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in financial software (Oracle / SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.
