Job Title: Ad Strategist & Media Buyer

We're seeking an exceptional Ad Strategist & Media Buyer to join our team. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end paid campaigns that drive measurable ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results for clients
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and CAC to optimize daily performance
  • Work closely with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives and angles
  • Manage budgets, A/B tests, and campaign scaling to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, and attribution to maximize campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Proven track record of delivering high-ROAS campaigns
  • Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling
  • Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations
  • Skilled in Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and data analysis
  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
