About the Role

As a Technical Lead CRM at Bekaert, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and consultants to deliver high-quality CRM solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in customizing, configuring, and extending Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.
  • Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and develop custom CRM components, including entities, workflows, plugins, and web resources, using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Architect integrations with other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and BI platforms, to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement best practices for performance optimization and security.
  • Lead the analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies, legacy, and technical debt, and implement solutions for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations for resolution, and ensure the smooth operation of CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and technologies, and provide recommendations for adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead CRM who can lead our team in delivering high-quality CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach to solution design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, system analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 8 years of hands-on experience, including more than 5 years dedicated to the implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions within medium to large-scale environments.
  • Extensive expertise and hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM, encompassing customization for Customer Service, workflow management, and integration utilizing custom APIs.
  • Must have robust hands-on proficiency with Dynamics SDK and Power Platform, encompassing Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate flows, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power BI.
  • Expertise in seamlessly integrating Dynamics CRM applications with various systems, including ERP (SAP) and Portal solutions, is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
  • Good understanding of DevOps Automation processes within relevant domains, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Release Management, and Security protocols.
  • Good Experience and deep understanding of REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, XSD.
  • Good understanding of overall Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, tools, and technologies (including development tools, testing tools, configuration management, and release management tools).
  • Good knowledge and experience in application development, (API's) application programming interfaces, middleware, cloud compute, database management, identity management, and security.
  • Knowledge of existing, new, and emerging technologies and ability to practically apply them to new business designs and business models to achieve targeted business outcomes.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas with clarity and professionalism.
  • Sound experience in working with Multi-National & Offshore / Onsite team.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL- and MB-: Microsoft Dynamics for Sales) preferred.
