Job Title: Course Anchor - IBBI Examination

At Lawsikho, we seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a Course Anchor for the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) Examination.

  • Deliver High-Quality Training Programs: Develop and conduct high-quality training programs for IBBI examination candidates that meet industry standards.
  • Develop Comprehensive Course Materials: Create and maintain in-depth course materials and study resources that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Offer expert guidance and support to candidates throughout the training program, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  • Conduct Mock Exams and Practice Sessions: Organize and lead mock exams, practice sessions, and doubt-clearing classes that simulate real-time examination scenarios.
  • Evaluate Candidate Performance: Evaluate candidate performance and provide constructive feedback to aid their growth and development.

We require collaboration with subject matter experts to update course content and ensure compliance with IBBI guidelines and examination standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in insolvency, bankruptcy, or related fields with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and IBBI regulations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to candidates.
  • Teaching Experience: Proven training and teaching experience with a focus on adult education and learner engagement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification: Certification in insolvency or bankruptcy demonstrates expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Exam Preparation: Experience in exam preparation and training programs ensures a thorough understanding of the examination process and requirements.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and provide effective solutions.
