Job Title: Learning Experience Designers & Delivery Specialists

About the Opportunity
We're building a curated pool of experts to support delivering inclusive, data-driven learning programs. Engagements are contract-based and remote-friendly.

Location & Time Zones
Anywhere in India or outside; preferred time zones: India & Europe

Languages
English required; French and/or German strongly preferred.

Key Functions
  1. Instructional Designers — course design, accessibility & localization
  2. Project Managers — multi-workstream planning, stakeholder comms, budgets/risks
  3. eLearning Developers – Articulate Storyline (ASL) — SCORM/xAPI, templates, interactions
  4. HTML5 Learning Developers — responsive UI, JS/CSS, LMS compatibility, WCAG 2.1
  5. Learning Technologists — AR/VR, serious games, hybrid classrooms
  6. Simulation Design & Delivery — scenario creation and facilitation
  7. Serious Games Designers & Devs — blend pedagogy + game mechanics
  8. Data & Evaluation Analysts — designing feedback and evaluation frameworks
  9. Accessibility & QA — content, navigation, multimedia checks
  10. Event & Cohort Operations (Training) — global training logistics
  11. Webinar Producers & Facilitators (Training) — platform setup, speaker ops
  12. Cultural SMEs & D&I (L&D) — inclusive content standards for diverse audiences

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver learning experiences to measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders/SMEs across time zones and languages
  • Build scalable templates and processes (content, tech, ops)
  • Ensure accessibility, quality, and evidence-based evaluation

Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years demonstrable L&D experience
  • Strong portfolio/case studies (links required)
  • Proven remote collaboration, clear communication, and on-time delivery
  • Bonus: multilingual delivery (English + French/German), regulated sectors, or large-scale rollouts

Engagement & Rates
Contract / SOW; rate depends on role, seniority, and geography. Durations vary; some retainers possible.
