Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of routing protocols, data center networking, and security appliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Protocol Expertise : Design, configure, and troubleshoot expert-level routing protocols with a strong focus on BGP.
  • Data Center Networking : Demonstrate a strong understanding and relevant experience with EVPN and VXLAN in modern data center network environments.
  • Management & Security : Possess practical experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, including configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.
  • Platforms : Proven experience working with and managing large-scale Cisco or Arista switching platforms.
  • Network Design & Implementation : Design and implement robust WLANs and other wireless networks.
  • Fault Management : Demonstrate hands-on experience working in an ITIL-structured organization, proficiently handling Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management processes.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting Tools : Possess basic knowledge and practical experience with network analysis and monitoring tools such as Wireshark and Kentik.
Requirements:
  • Expertise : Expert-level practical experience with BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF, as well as a strong understanding of EVPN and VXLAN.
  • Certifications : Relevant certifications are a significant advantage.
  • Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
