Key Responsibilities:- Convert complex data workloads into scalable, cloud-based solutions.
- Refactor ingestion pipelines using efficient coding practices.
- Design and implement robust data validation scripts for side-by-side comparisons.
- Configure orchestration and job scheduling within the Databricks environment.
- Perform comprehensive testing for migrated code, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Validate data consistency between legacy and modern systems.
- Execute jobs in UAT/QA, analyze discrepancies, and provide timely resolutions.
- Strong background in data engineering, migration, and validation techniques.
- Proficiency in Azure Databricks, SQL, and Python programming languages.
- Deep understanding of orchestration, scheduling, and data validation principles.
- Hands-on experience with Unity Catalog for permissions and governance.
- Solid knowledge of data testing methodologies, including unit, integration, UAT, and performance testing.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in enterprise-scale projects.
- Drive innovation and enhance business processes through cutting-edge technologies.
