About the Role

Job Summary:

The Legal Associate will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance to various departments, including drafting and reviewing agreements, conducting research, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda
  • Conduct legal research and provide recommendations to senior legal team members
  • Assist in preparing responses to notices, queries, or legal correspondence
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal files and agreements
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation

Requirements:

  • LLB degree with specialization in Corporate Law (preferable)
  • 1-2 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law, contracts, or compliance
  • Experience in retail, luxury goods, or consumer commerce sectors (bonus)
