Business Growth Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Sales: Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with existing customers to grow our sales pipeline and meet annual growth targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and convert opportunities into profitable sales.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the business market to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Client Database Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive client database to track interactions, preferences, and sales opportunities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports, including BOMs, PPTs, and other relevant materials.
- Export Documentation: Ensure compliance with export regulations and prepare required documentation.
- Support and Collaboration: Work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Experience: 1 year of business development experience (preferred).
- Language: English language skills (preferred).
Working Conditions:
- Schedule: Day shift.
- Location: Ludhiana, Punjab.
