  • We are seeking a talented CASA Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for acquiring high-quality CASA accounts, both current and savings accounts, and activating them in a timely manner. They will also focus on acquiring higher CASA variants, while maintaining adherence to our guidelines and policies.
  • In addition to these key responsibilities, the CASA Growth Specialist will work to acquire new customers, cross-sell insurance products, mutual funds, gold, trade/FX, and assets. They will also maintain a good relationship with existing customers and ensure compliance with all operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire high-quality CASA accounts and activate them in a timely manner.
  • Focus on acquiring higher CASA variants while adhering to our guidelines and policies.
  • Work to acquire new customers and cross-sell relevant products.
  • Maintain a good relationship with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
