Voice Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Voice Engineer to join our team. This is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our unified communications infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing voice solutions using Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCE). They should be able to effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions.
A key aspect of this role will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all technical requirements are met. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical information to stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implementation of UCCE solutions including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Analysis and resolution of complex technical issues related to voice services.
- Collaboration with internal teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Effective communication of technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in Cisco UCCE and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
