As a vital component of our organization, the IT Governance Risk Compliance Manager oversees the alignment of our IT initiatives and activities with established requirements, policies, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure that all IT activities and processes adhere to predefined standards and guidelines.
  2. Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain a proactive and forward-thinking approach to governance and compliance.
  5. Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within the organization by promoting a strong understanding of governance and compliance principles.

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically. They will also be able to demonstrate their knowledge of IT governance and compliance frameworks, such as COBIT and NIST.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
