About this role:

We're seeking a meticulous and results-driven project coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality web projects. In this role, you'll serve as a vital link between developers, stakeholders, and users by documenting requirements and technical specifications.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving projects through the full software development life cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely completion, and meeting stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Turn incoming project requests into detailed requirements and specifications
  • Review requirements with stakeholders to gain consensus before development starts
  • Collaborate with the development team to manage scope, schedule, and quality of projects
  • Showcase project deliverables to stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Related university degree or college diploma required and/or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with strong project management expertise
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience is required
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and support multiple project initiatives according to deadlines
