SAP Basis Administrator

As a seasoned professional in SAP Basis administration, you will serve as the primary contact for clients on bridge calls, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.

  • Actively monitor and tune SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Provide end-to-end technical support for SAP environments, including ABAP and JAVA systems, with expertise in BOBJ, BODS, Cloud Connector, Content Server, and OpenText an advantage.
  • Manage SSL and SSO configurations, including certificate exchange, renewal, and trust establishment between systems.
  • Handle SAP Basis administration tasks such as transport and printer administration, job scheduling, and system operations planning.

Maintain multiple SAP instances (development, test, training, and production), ensuring environment stability and integrity. Introduce technical changes using structured methodologies to minimize risks while ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Solid hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration in both ABAP and JAVA systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP web dispatcher configuration.
  • Proficiency in SSL/SSO setup and certificate management.
  • Experience with SAP performance monitoring, tuning, and upgrades.
