**Job Summary:**

A highly skilled Technical Program Manager is sought to oversee the successful delivery of large, high-impact programs.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and excellent leadership skills to drive strategic program objectives and foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Develop detailed plans with key milestones and goals
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs
  • Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs
  • Ensure cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules, communications, and releases

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team
  • B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs
  • Demonstrated success driving the development program of world-class online products
  • Significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, individual contributors, and external clients
