About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee key initiatives, ensuring impactful execution and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the social impact space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Strategy & Implementation: Develop, execute, and monitor programs that align with the organizations vision and goals
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and build strong relationships with government bodies, NGOs, donors, and community leaders to drive collaborative impact.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure timely delivery of program objectives, managing budgets, resources, and risks effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and a high-impact work environment.
  • Impact Measurement & Reporting: Track program success through data-driven insights and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the social impact/development sector.
  • A master's degree is a must in the relevant field.
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, project execution, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to challenges, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
