Job Profile:

We seek a detail-oriented audit professional with experience in U.S. commercial real estate audits to deliver high-impact results.

This role offers opportunities to work closely with engagement teams and contribute to strategic audits in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • Perform and assist with audits, reviews, and compilations for clients under US GAAP and US GAAS principles.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up to meet client deadlines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards generally accepted in the United States.
  • Analyze US GAAP & US GAAS independently and develop reasonable time budgets.
  • Mentor, train, and supervise lighter-level staff to enhance team performance.
  • Contribute to strong client relationships through positive interactions with client personnel.

Requirements:

  • CPA (or in process) or CA with 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including responsiveness to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities are required to manage competing priorities.
  • Industry exposure: Commercial Real Estate
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills to drive success.
  • Ability to work well independently but also work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Approaches projects with a sense of urgency and applies analytical, organizational, and project management skills effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Knowledge of Caseware, Caseview, or IDEA is a plus.

  • Manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management review.
  • Develop and implement audit procedures to ensure quality control.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
