Landscape Marketing Specialist

As a Landscape Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and researching architecture firms that frequently collaborate with landscape architects. Your goal is to establish direct contact with architects through emails, LinkedIn, and networking events. You will maintain ongoing professional relationships to stay top-of-mind when they need landscape consultants.
You will also proactively seek opportunities where landscape architecture services are needed. This includes tracking upcoming architecture-led RFPs that require landscape scope and positioning the firm as the preferred landscape partner for competitions or multi-disciplinary bids.
Additionally, you will attend AIA events, design expos, and local networking gatherings. You may sponsor or co-host events with architecture firms to build visibility and rapport.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You will work collaboratively with design teams and clients to deliver design excellence and tailored solutions.
