Role Description

**Building Relationships with Architects

Identify and research architecture firms that frequently collaborate with landscape architects.

Establish direct contact with architects (emails, , networking events).

Maintain ongoing professional relationships to stay top-of-mind when they need landscape consultants.

**Lead Generation

Proactively seek opportunities where landscape architecture services are needed (e.g., through architects working on civic, mixed-use, or campus projects).

Track upcoming architecture-led RFPs that require landscape scope.

Position the firm as the preferred landscape partner for competitions or multi-disciplinary bids.

**Networking & Industry Events

Attend AIA (American Institute of Architects) events, design expos, and local networking gatherings.

Sponsor or co-host events with architecture firms to build visibility and rapport

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with design teams and clients
