About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Pod Leader – Airside.

\

As the Pod Leader – Airside, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the airside pre-sales engineering team in the APAC region. Your primary focus will be on fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and success.

\

Your key responsibilities will include:

\
  • Leading and managing the airside pre-sales engineering teams of the APAC region, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve technical capabilities.
  • Providing expert advice and insights into best practices as a subject matter expert team Airside Pod Leader.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends to ensure that our solutions remain relevant and competitive.
  • Overseeing the development of technical documentation and proposals that align with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Identifying training needs and implementing ongoing education programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in airside technologies.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the teams.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to measure success and drive improvements.
  • Reporting on team performance and project outcomes to senior management.

What We're Looking For

\

To be successful in this role, you should have:

\
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 12+ years of experience in HVAC systems with a strong focus on airside products. Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of HVAC equipment like AHU, FCU, VAV boxes etc.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in airside equipment product selection process, preparing design specification and quotations.
  • Sound knowledge of airside equipment's with the ability of solution innovation to create a clear differentiator through solutions.
  • Leading a team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
