Healthcare Data Analyst

The Medical Coding Associate will be responsible for accurately translating medical diagnoses, procedures, and healthcare services into standardized codes. This role requires a strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze medical records and documents to ensure accurate coding.
- Assign appropriate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data security throughout the coding process.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare staff to clarify any coding discrepancies.
- Prepare reports and update databases with coded information to facilitate efficient data management.
- Life Science Graduates (B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, etc.) or equivalent medical/paramedical background.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Data Entry) and attention to detail are essential.
- Certified Coders (CPC/CCA/CCS) preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
