Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of our IT Security Engineering division. As part of a global team, you will collaborate with professionals worldwide to enhance your career and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining ISO 27001 Certification for our Singapore office, ensuring all controls implemented from a global governance perspective are effective and continually reviewed and improved.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to manage the global ISMS, taking on management of certification requirements virtually or remotely.
  • Identify and assist in managing information security specific risks to Darwin, the application team, processes, policies, or other, and report information security compliance and risk to key stakeholders.
  • Review existing policy, process, and procedural documents periodically, create and develop new documents to meet requirements, and ensure they remain current with changes in the organization.
  • Provide assistance with governance and technical challenges, such as coordinating permitted technical testing, reviewing reports, translating critical findings and potential risks to stakeholders, and working with relevant teams to manage risk to an acceptable level.
  • Contribute to the Information Security pre-sales and RFP process by reviewing client and prospects' surveys, producing and maintaining security schedules for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client-related queries, disseminating information through calls with teams or individuals within the clients' establishment.
  • Contribute to the review of Information Security requirements as part of the contractual process, reviewing contracts, and asserting information security controls or deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering and SRE teams to resolve penetration testing findings through their life cycle.
  • Liaise with internal Development, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Product teams regarding information security threats, vulnerabilities, and recommending mitigation or offering suggestions for remediation.
  • Provide an advisory role with product, process development, contributing to information security at inception or early in the project life cycles.

  • Experience driving Information Security initiatives in a global business
  • Maintenance of ISO 27001 Certification or Global ISMS
  • Information Security reviews, audits, experience
  • Delivering ongoing security awareness and training experience
  • Team collaboration to develop solutions experience
  • Client-facing roles or good interaction with external entities experience
  • General knowledge of Privacy Data Protection Legislation
  • Flexible attitude and ability to perform under pressure

Ideal candidates should have ISO 27001 Certification, CiISMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security PCIRM, and eagerness to learn with some experience within Information Governance.
