About the Role

F337 Deutsche India Private Limited, Pune Branch is seeking a skilled Senior Business Functional Analyst AVP to join our team. As a Senior Business Functional Analyst AVP, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering significant components of engineering solutions to accomplish business goals efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Active participation in the design of solution components
  • Investigating re-use and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, reliable, maintainable, and can be integrated successfully into the overall solution and environment
  • Clear, robust, and well-tested deployments
  • Improving the availability and performance of components by applying learning from monitoring and observation, automating towards zero touch, and championing a 'DevOps' mind-set

Requirements

  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to provide active reporting along with appropriate analysis and keep stakeholders and management up to date with progress
  • Must be able to manage product Vendor's engagement and communication
  • Analyze and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or escalate as appropriate
  • Where applicable, provide other relevant support as required by the Project manager
  • Should be able to understand functional requirements/expectations of various stakeholders and work towards an appropriate plan of action
  • Requires working with product vendors and lead upgrades as applicable
  • Liaising with global stakeholders to deliver technology solutions as part of yearly book of work
  • Identify technical issues coming up in production
  • Broad overview on application setup
  • Understand Bank's release and deployment process along with usage of various tools
  • Ability to visualize potential technical impact and thereby prioritize the issue
  • Provide possible technical workarounds to minimize financial and reputational damages to bank
  • Work closely with Incident managers, L1/L2 teams, Operations & data center colleagues describing the issues
  • Finding quick technical resolution/workaround involving all parties
  • Ability to work closely with vendor team and understand releases cycles and any technical challenges
  • Should be a team player
  • Around 6–8 yrs technical work experience

Preferred

  • Experience in working on SaaS and cloud-to-on Prem integrated solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, program management, and other organizational leadership to deliver projects on time, on schedule, and with proper visibility at every stage
  • Familiarity with Security systems and IT network security

About You

  • Must be having total 12+ years of experience in IT industry
  • Hands-on experience on technologies like SQL & .NET
  • Knowledge on front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery) is a plus
  • Knowledge on backend languages JavaScript framework especially React, node.js is a plus
  • Knowledge in CI/CD
  • Experience of Oracle database is a plus
  • ITIL certification is a Plus
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate the potential issue and the risk across various vertical
  • Ensure traceability and transparency is maintained across various verticals
  • Use own judgment to make appropriate and timely decisions based on the information available, and knows when to refer issues upwards
  • Exposure to DevOps, Agile, and waterfall SDLC environments
