Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to helm our engineering team as a Senior Engineering Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of software products and services in modern technologies at scale.



Key Responsibilities
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products and services
  • Developing and implementing technology strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Mentoring and developing engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge


Requirements
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT, including 5+ years of experience as a people manager
  • 8+ years of experience delivering software products and services in modern technologies at scale
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of project life cycle stages from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels


Desirable Skills
  • Experience with API management and integration space, delivering quality APIs and reusable integration solutions
  • Knowledge of API security including OIDC and OAuth2
  • Experience with designing APIs as products and building API-led architectures
