We are seeking a Senior Art Director who can bring a fresh perspective, a global design sensibility, and a strong vision to our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project strategy to project completion, having a knowledge of emerging technologies in the area, creating cross-channel deliverables to clients that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own ideation, conceptualization, and creation of the design to drive discovery for the brands in a visually compelling and provocative manner.
- Create and communicate concepts that intrigue and inspire clients – with smart rationale to back them up.
- Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design.
- Develop and present creative projects that support agreed-upon goals and strategies.
- Bubble ideas and develop campaigns while working with clients and internal teams.
- Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (print and digital).
- Collaborate and partner with writers and other designers to ensure that both the copy and the visuals are in perfect sync to make the concept as powerful, vivid, and compelling as possible.
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.
- Deliver award-worthy work.
- Supervise a team of junior designers & interns.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
