The Job
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Art Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our creative vision and strategy. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing creative teams and delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the team in producing innovative, effective, and visually compelling designs across all platforms and media
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex ideas into elegant, functional interfaces
* Ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability standards, creating inclusive experiences
* Leverage Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design solutions
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
* 12-15 years of experience in creative leadership roles
* Proven expertise in managing diverse creative teams and delivering complex projects
* Strong portfolio showcasing experience in graphic design, motion design, UI/UX, and digital platforms
Key Skills
* Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
* Solid understanding of frontend development frameworks like React, HTML, CSS, and WordPress
