Additionally, you will assist in data reconciliation, validation, and troubleshooting in ERP-generated reports. Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop custom reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
2. Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
3. Ensure data accuracy and integrity while preparing reports to maintain high-quality outputs.
4. Collaborate with senior management to provide key performance insights that inform business decisions.
5. Identify trends and variances in data to support strategic planning and tactical implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or ERP-based reporting is required.
3. Proficiency in In4velocity ERP system (or similar real estate ERPs) is essential.
4. Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc., are necessary for data manipulation and analysis.
5. Experience with SQL queries, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for data interpretation and resolution of issues.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary for effective collaboration and reporting.
