Job Description: ERP Data Analyst - Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Data Analyst - Business Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, extracting, and analyzing data from our In4velocity ERP system to generate critical business reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Extract, clean, and analyze data from the In4velocity ERP system to generate MIS reports.
  • Custom Report Development: Design and develop custom reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
  • Automation and Efficiency: Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Data Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity while preparing reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and senior management to provide key performance insights.
  • Trend Identification and Analysis: Identify trends and variances in data to assist in decision-making.
  • Data Reconciliation and Validation: Support data reconciliation, validation, and troubleshooting in ERP-generated reports.
  • ERP Feature Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new ERP features related to reporting and analytics.
  • Data Security and Confidentiality: Maintain data security and confidentiality as per company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or ERP-based reporting.
  • Proficiency in In4velocity ERP system (or similar real estate ERPs).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
  • Experience with SQL queries, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
