Job Title:

Senior Project Manager

The role of Senior Project Manager involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of e-learning content projects across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and be able to navigate complex situations with a positive mindset.

This position demands working effectively within virtual teams, managing project metrics (effort, timeline, quality), and overseeing budgets and scope. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects from planning to execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive project maps and resource allocation plans.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client interactions.
  • Develop and implement project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee and track key project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Review deliverables to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards.
  • Provide strategic and technical inputs to meet evolving customer requirements.
  • Conduct team appraisals and identify training needs.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports for senior management.
  • Share project learnings and best practices.
  • Ensure strong understanding of client expectations and cultural nuances.
  • Manage language translation projects.
  • Oversee vendor coordination and performance management.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project management templates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to handle complex situations with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Open to feedback.
  • Outstanding team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working within a virtual team.
  • 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced dynamic business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Airtable and Wrike or other project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • PMP or Basic Project Management certification.
  • Wrike knowledge would be given additional preference.
