Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • At least 7-10 years of hands-on service experience
  • Certification in CISA is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated success in executing technology projects and driving business outcomes
  • Proficiency in operating systems, including Windows 10 and MAC OS, as well as experience with Microsoft Azure/Intune and Office 365
