Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Officer

Overview of Role
  • We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant regulatory requirements.

  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including management, employees, and external auditors.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and ensure timely regulatory submissions to RBI and other regulatory bodies.
  • Review regulatory advisories, alerts, and circulars and obtain responses from respective stakeholders and review for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage regulatory audits on behalf of the team deliverables.
  • Track evidence and ensure closure of all open observations arising from internal audits/Sox audits/Statutory audits.
  • Closely liaison with internal audit team for sharing evidences for remediation & closure of audit observation and follow up on closure of audit observations.
  • Project tracking and sending periodic updates for large projects.
  • Collate ISC slides / ISRMC slides and data for senior management reviews.
  • Ensure compliance to Internal ICAAP requirements.
  • Act as Single point of contact for Regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Store all the evidences in a Teams /Microsoft SharePoint folder for easy reference & as evidence for audit.
  • Track the Target dates ,send reminders to concerned team members for closure of audit observations.
  • Ensure that team members comply to code of conduct and HR trainings on HR -HCM eLearning platform.
Requirements
  • Excellent writing and drafting skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint / Word /Excel.
