Job Title: Programme Manager

Location: Bangalore

The role of the Programme Manager is a critical one, where you will be responsible for driving key initiatives and conceptualizing, designing, and executing strategic plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Driving key enterprise-wide initiatives, including business planning and change management.
    • Identifying key strategic issues facing the organization and providing insights and recommendations.
    • Conceptualizing, designing, and executing key enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders.
    • Forecasting strategic and operational variables.
    • Simulating and creating best-fit plans based on market profiles.
    • Monitoring metrics relevant to strategic planning.
    • Managing periodical reporting of strategy performance.
  • CXO Support:
    • Supporting and managing CXOs interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Working on go-to-market strategies, annual business-wise plans, and identifying growth opportunities, both short-term and long-term.
  • Strategic Initiatives PMO:
    • Leading and driving key strategic initiatives, including PMO for Strategic Initiatives, encompassing reporting/tracking activities to closure of a CXO-owned initiative.
    • Delivering and designing key strategic initiatives, transformation agendas, and efficiency improvement projects with impact across the organization.
    • Developing comprehensive project plans for assigned tracks and ensuring their successful execution.
  • Strategic Insights:
    • Developing business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, ROI analysis, and supporting planning initiatives.
    • Facilitating competition benchmarking, deal benchmarking, and preparing intelligent analysis on a periodic basis.
    • Preparing environment scans, competitor insights, and reports on customers and presenting them periodically.
    • Conducting internal consulting projects to support units.
  • Strategy Communication:
    • Managing all strategic communication from the CSO's office and interacting with other stakeholders.
    • Keeping track of important industry updates and reviewing changes/developments closely to assess impact.
    • Anchoring business planning and operational reviews periodically.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exercising considerable judgment in building relationships across all levels in the organization.
  • Collaborative work style and ability to create buy-in to achieve deliverables.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.
  • High-pressure work environment with timely delivery of good quality and end-user satisfaction.
  • Work well with ambiguity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Good understanding of data management and collection, modeling, and interpretation across complex data sets.
  • Good understanding of financial statements.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills), with attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to convert strategic ideas into actionable and communicate them.
  • Strategic, analytical, statistical, and optimization background, with a lateral thinker.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time MBA (preferably from a tiered B-school) or CA.
  • Minimum 3 years PQE (post-qualification experience).
