Are you a driven professional seeking a challenging role in People Management? We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an HR and Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all statutory filings and registers are up-to-date and audit-ready, guaranteeing seamless compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with government bodies like ESIC, PF, DISH, and Labor Officers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Partner with EHS to conduct safety drills and enhance emergency preparedness, prioritizing the well-being of employees and the organization.
  • Lead 5S and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives to create a culture of safety and efficiency, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Manage plant administration including transport, canteen, and travel logistics, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Oversee housekeeping and ensure a clean, organized plant environment, maintaining a high level of tidiness.
  • Supervise Occupational Health Center (OHC) activities and coordinate health awareness programs, enhancing employee well-being.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for non-field roles up to Grade 100, utilizing effective hiring strategies.
  • Champion employee engagement through Open Houses, events, and feedback sessions, promoting a sense of community.
  • Manage smooth employee exits and share insights with Corporate HR, ensuring a seamless transition process.
  • Be the voice of employees—listen, act, and escalate concerns to leadership, fostering open communication.

You will work closely with Internal: Unit Head, HRBP, and cross-functional teams as well as External: Government authorities (ESIC, PF, DISH, Labor Office, etc.).

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing setup, with a proven track record.
  • Proven track record in factory compliance and HRBP roles, demonstrating expertise.
  • Experience managing 100+ employees, showcasing leadership skills.
  • Graduate degree (mandatory); MBA in HR (preferred), indicating a strong educational background.
