The Dining Services Professional plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to members and guests.
This position is focused on providing floor service, taking orders, guest engagement, and ensuring that all dining interactions reflect high standards of hospitality and excellence.
The ideal candidate is polished, attentive, and passionate about service, with 0-2 years of experience in food and beverage service or hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and guests, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections
- Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
- Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness before, during, and after service
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients or preparation methods
- Follow protocols for service delivery, billing, and table turnover
- Support the setup and service of private dining experiences and member events
- Monitor inventory levels of service equipment and coordinate with the stewarding team as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Knowledge of basic F&B service etiquette and order-taking protocols
- Presentable and well-groomed, with a calm and confident demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an added advantage
