Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

Role Overview

The Automotive Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet, consult, and document service needs.
  • Service Estimation: Provide cost estimates, explain required work, and obtain approvals.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, providing regular updates.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address customer concerns, ensure satisfaction, and follow up post-service.
  • Sales & Upselling: Recommend additional services and warranty options to enhance customer value.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and manage invoices efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service advising.
  • Proven knowledge of vehicle repairs, customer service, and service software systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • ASE Certification and dealership experience are highly desirable.
