The Role:

As a SAP Ariba Functional and Automation Expert at Kyndryl, you'll be responsible for transforming procurement processes by leveraging your expertise in functional and technical areas. This includes optimizing automated workflows, supporting system builds, and resolving issues.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, CIO, data, and analytics teams to integrate SAP Ariba seamlessly and drive user adoption.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Guidance: You will support the process and technical team with system builds, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Optimizing Workflows: You will design and implement automated workflows for procurement activities.
  • Collaborating Cross-Functionally: You will work with various stakeholders including procurement, CIO, data, and analytics teams.
  • Leading initiatives to improve integration and promoting user adoption of SAP Ariba.
