LTIMindtree is seeking a skilled SAP-Ariba consultant to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and customizing Deloitte's Ariba solutions to meet procurement needs.

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams/stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Ariba solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Ariba modules, including Procure-to-Order (P2O), Supplier Performance and Sourcing, Contracts Management, and others as required.
- Customize SAP Ariba applications to align with the member firm's procurement processes and business rules.

Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical expertise in SAP Ariba Buying (Downstream) solutions, including configuration, integration, approval flow setup.
- Experience in SAP Ariba Contract Management, SLP, Sourcing is beneficial.
- Good experience in working with Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) to track/solve integration issues.
- Knowledge of custom mapping changes in Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) is advantageous.
- Provide technical expertise in Guided buying configuration incl. tile design, policy configuration.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Ariba and other systems (SAP ERP, third-party systems, etc.).

Business Process Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements, leveraging SAP Ariba capabilities.

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP Ariba modules.
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba solutions, including Ariba Buying, CIG, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Performance.
- Technical skills in integration, data migration, and customization of SAP Ariba applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- SAP Ariba certification(s) is beneficial.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is advantageous.
