About the Role

As a key member of our Management Team, you will provide leadership and vision to ensure that our Operations Organization has the appropriate finance direction, financial and operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and information technology systems in place to effectively grow the organization while ensuring financial strength and operating efficiency.

The successful candidate will drive new insights into key financial and operational performance drivers and become a trusted leader within the organization. They will be responsible for setting the team's strategic goals, including growing the business and driving cost-out, leading the operational planning process, influencing senior executives across Finance, Operations, and Category management, and partnering with many internal teams to drive performance and build a world-class Operations Finance team.

Responsibilities

- Partner with Operations and category management teams to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance
- Develop and support the growth strategy of the business to achieve significant scale and profitability
- Lead the annual operational planning process and development of the three-year strategic plan
- Ensure timely and accurate metrics and forecasts are created and maintained to inform business decision-making
- Identify and develop key business opportunities and drive efficiency while balancing customer promise
- Support integration and expansion projects for new business initiatives

Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with a proven track record of driving financial and operational excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others to achieve organizational objectives.
