Sr. Executive Finance & Accounts-Koramangala, Bangalore Job Summary: One of India's largest retail platforms is currently seeking to hire a Sr. Executive Finance and Accounts Department . This role involves various sub-functions such as Invoice generation, Trial Balance Review, preparation of Audit reports, Budget estimates. The ideal candidate should be a Semi-Qualified CA/ ICWA with at least 3 to 9 years of post-articleship experience. About Organization: Our Client is one of the India's largest retail platforms, having a portfolio of almost 10 million square feet of Grade A retail space in India. They wish to redefine the shopping culture in India by bringing about transformation where the consumers can have fun and brands come to life for their consumers. Location: Koramangala, Bangalore The selected Candidate will be responsible for the following: 1.Trial Balance Review, Audit Reports: Trail Balance Review - Handling of Revenue section except parking. Preparation of Financial schedules (Rental Tracker, Unbilled Revenue, Power & Fuel, Branding & Signage and Tenant Analysis etc). All audit schedules related to revenue / Expenses. Coordinate & close with the various Audits like - Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit, Income Tax Audit etc. Income & Rent Roll reports on quarterly basis. IND-AS calculation quarterly basis for book 2. Book Closure (Monthly, quarterly, Annually) Month end books closure entries for Rent, Revenue share, Marketing, Utility, Parking etc. 3. Customer/Tenant/Vendor ledger Reconciliations Ledger Reconciliation on quarterly basis Advance payment clearance. Old outstanding customers reconcillation Balance confirmation from tenants 4. Customer/ Tenant F&F 5. Invoice Generation: Invoice generation as per contract/ workings/ Documents- Rental, Revenue share, Marketing, Utility, Debit note, Credit note, Fit -out CAM & Fit-out delay charges- on special cases) etc 6. 26AS Reconcillation TDS reconcillation current & past years Entries based on 26AS on quarterly basis Income 3 way match- Books vs GST vs 26AS 7. Customer queries Regarding invoices, debit notes & credit notes GSTR1 related issue Calculation of utility working 8. Budget estimates Revenue projection on monthly basis Assisting HOD for budget preparation Requirements: Experience with Tally or related accounting software Analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail Education: Semi qualified CA/ ICWA Experience: 3-9 years of post articleship experience Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (alt.
