
Transformative Claim Center Tester

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a software testing specialist on the Claim Center platform. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software solutions.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, develop and execute test cases, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on quality assurance
- Excellent knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Strong understanding of agile project management principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing activities, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports
- Identify and report defects efficiently, providing clear and concise details for resolution
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on coding best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on quality assurance
- Excellent knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies
