Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive to lead our day-to-day accounting operations.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounts payable, receivable and general ledger entries. They will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports, as well as ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

In addition, they will support internal and statutory audits, handle reconciliations and assist in budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable and general ledger entries.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support internal and statutory audits.
  • Handle reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant CA-Inter with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards taxation and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software ERP systems SAP/Tally preferred.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
