Job Title:

We're seeking an expert in WordPress development to lead the design and delivery of scalable solutions.

This role involves architecting and implementing custom themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST/GraphQL APIs.

In addition to technical expertise, we're looking for a leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end WordPress development projects ensuring high-quality, secure solutions.
  • Architect and implement custom themes, plugins, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless CMS experiences.
  • Mentor junior developers driving best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
  • Ensure timely delivery, manage code reviews, and maintain documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex CMS projects.
