Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role would involve working on client engagements where Oxane provides portfolio management services or reporting services to institutional investors. The individual will be responsible for assisting, monitoring, and reporting key metrics of their investments. This role entails researching across legal agreements, reviewing key metrics, and liaising with trustees and other parties. The candidate will also be required to interact and coordinate with clients on the performance of assets and underlying collateral.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard client investment portfolios by reviewing and interpreting legal agreements, understanding trustees' reporting.
  • Work closely with clients in supporting them with monitoring the position/performance of investment transactions.
  • Calculate and monitor covenants, concentration limits, and other key metrics/tests.
  • Assist/Lead daily operations of various workstreams, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and timely.
  • Assist in standardizing and streamlining processes to increase efficiencies and setting up SOPs and processes around deliverables.
  • Coordinate efficiently with internal teams and clients to ensure meeting all required SLAs.
Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Broad understanding of structured finance products, corporate credit landscape, ABS/CLOs/MM portfolio financing.
  • In-depth understanding of core financial concepts.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling using MS Excel.
  • Understanding of various financial databases, including Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Factiva.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines.

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
