Job Title: Financial Services Specialist

As a seasoned financial services specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in optimizing their treasury operations and improving liquidity management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize various modules within the Treasury Management System (TMS) to align with clients' financial goals.
  • Advise clients on best practices in financial transactions, reporting, and analytics leveraging TMS tools.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for clients using Business Analytics features to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and resolve system integration issues related to bank connectivity and ERP systems.
  • Provide end-user training, post-go-live support, and ongoing system enhancements as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-7+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on cash management, financial transactions, and bank connectivity.
  • Certifications in Cash Management, Financial Transactions, Payments, and Connectivity are required.
  • In-depth knowledge of treasury and cash management practices, financial instruments, and liquidity management.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading full-cycle implementations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to related systems such as SWIFT, Host to Host, or other payment and banking solutions.
  • Familiarity with financial accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Strong understanding of treasury regulations, compliance, and risk management.
